Fred
Executive Director

Fred Thiébaud is a Swiss independent Businessman. With a degree in economics from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Geneva Switzerland, he has had an extensive international career as project leader in many major restructuring and investment for growth projects in South and Central America, Asia, Oceania, Africa and Europe before joining Nestlé Nespresso International where he headed the operations for the company in Middle East, North Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands until 2010. Fred has now his own consultancy company and is active in different business and entertainment projects.
In 2011 Fred has volunteered to manage his wife's Shania Kids Can Foundation with an ambitious objective to rapidly expand the program and with the generous support of donors and volunteers, help more and more kids in the near future.

Stacy Lauren Smith is an American Businesswoman, Founder and President of Stacy Smith & Associates, P.C., a Business Management firm dedicated to providing world class service for international clients in the music and film industries.
Stacy was raised in Florida and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she concentrated on Communications in addition to pursuing her degree in Accounting. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Old Dominion University in Virginia, and achieved her Certified Public Accountant designation before embarking on her professional life, which has culminated with the opening and growth of her own firm over the past 15 years.
She has served on New York’s Board of Entertainment Issues Consortium and has hosted a radio tax show on a local NBC affiliate. Stacy has lectured extensively on the entertainment business at the University of Virginia Law School, William & Mary College, and Regent University, as well as speaking at the Practicing Law Institute in New York City on entertainment issues.
Among Stacy’s many charitable and philanthropic endeavors, various mentoring projects have become a primary focus. Stacy speaks to many students at all grade levels about her life and career, encouraging them to achieve their dreams of being successful in business and well-rounded individuals through focus and hard work. She is also an active participant in The Box Project, an organization that matches volunteer sponsors from across the United States with recipient families living in rural poverty in America, and the Best Buddies organization, which assists individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Tracy
Operation Manager

Prior to joining the Shania Kids Can team, Tracy spent ten years as the Manager of Customer Service and Special Events for the Shania Twain Centre in Timmins, Ontario. Here, she oversaw the daily operations of the Centre including the annual Shania Twain Fan Convention as well as numerous other events and conferences. A graduate of the Child and Youth Worker program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario; Tracy has a long history of dedication to children’s issues and activities including: 6 years as President of the Timmins Minor Hockey Association, 3 years as Director of the Timmins YMCA and 6 years as Chair of the Flora MacDonald Public School Parents Council. Tracy will be the overall lead for Shania Kids Can including programming, fundraising and managing the daily operations of the foundation. Tracy will be based in Timmins where she lives with her husband, their two kids and their two dogs.
Andrea
Marketing & Communication Manager

Andrea was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where she studied Physical Education and Health at the University of Toronto. Andrea travelled up to Timmins in 2003 for the 2nd annual Shania Twain Centre Fan Convention. During her visit she fell in love not only with northern Ontario, but with the man who would later become her husband. After completing her studies in 2006, she moved north to Timmins and got a job working at the Shania Twain Centre and for Tourism Timmins. During this time, she often volunteered her services at local schools assisting with sports teams, and special functions.
A true northerner at heart, Andrea enjoys spending time with her son, husband and dog and she also enjoys snowshoeing, playing squash and spending time in the great outdoors.
