During October, Calgary students spent time considering flexible thinking, and how to use it during difficult situations. This led to a fun, but messy slime experiment! Later in the month, students enjoyed celebrating some birthdays with a special lunch and games in the clubhouse. A big highlight for students was meeting some furry friends from Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society. SKC students impressed our special guests with their thoughtful questions about animal rescue and responsible pet ownership. The month finished off with some spooky art projects and a costume parade to celebrate Halloween.
