October has been filled with exciting experiences and opportunities at the Surrey Clubhouse. As the weather gets wetter and the days become cooler warm winter jackets and boots are a necessity, we shopped this month for some of these items for some of the SKC children. This also helps us prepare for the fieldtrips we have planned in the coming months. The first was a trip to the pumpkin patch. We had a muddy but fun afternoon where students got to pet goats, and search through the fields to find a perfect pumpkin of their choice. We then carved our pumpkins and made Halloween crafts to prepare for a spooky Halloween. Happy Halloween everyone!
